The Super Walmart in Kissimmee is located off US 192, east of the Walt Disney World, as are many other stores.
Directions to these stores can often be confusing since Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Vine St, and US 192 are all the same road, bordering the southern portion of Walt Disney World. There are also many other groceries near Walt Disney World located in Kissimmee, including a Super Walmart and several Super Targets, which many say have the cheapest groceries. Both Walgreens stores feature drive-thru pharmacies and liquor departments. The nearest is located between the Winn-Dixie store and Publix going north on Apopka-Vineland Rd. Along the same road are several Walgreens Stores, one to the north and one to the south of Cross Roads. Grocery items at Publix stores are usually economically priced, making it a good shopping choice.Įach of the stores discussed above are just due north of Crossroads Plaza on Apopka-Vineland.
Map: Winn-Dixie (look for lime green push pin near yellow shopping basket) Winn-Dixie Supermarket has an ATM machine and pharmacy, as well as, deli, bakery, seafood, and fresh meats departments. Its also been reported that Hess has good pizza and $1 hot dogs. Convenience stores located within these stations can be a great place to pick up limited groceries, snacks, bottled water and soda at good prices. There are three Hess gas stations located on Walt Disney World Resort property, one at the Car Care Center near the exit of the Magic Kingdom parking lot, another on Buena Vista Drive across from Pleasure Island at Downtown Disney, and another in the Disney’s Hollywood Studios area near the entrance of the Boardwalk Inn. Those staying on Walt Disney World property have several groceries near Walt Disney World. Garden Grocer has a large selection of products including baby items and alcoholic beverages and even an aisle called “Park Essentials”.
